If I wish to place an order, how should I proceed and which details are needed?

If you wish to place an order, please contact us via telephone, fax or e-mail (see Contact Us). We will return your call ASAP and answer any questions you may have. Your order will  then be confirmed by either fax or e mail

For shipment, we need the following details:

  • Company name and registration number

  • Complete delivery address

  • Complete invoice address  (if other than delivery address)

  • Your VAT Number

  • Destination airport
How long does it take from the moment I place my order until the arrival of the merchandise?
In the case of fresh fish, please place your order 3-4 days before you actually need it. By doing  this it  enables us to find you the best quality and selection of fresh angel ware. So if the catch coming into the port today is not of the best quality, we are able to wait until tomorrow for a better one.  Once we have the fish available, it is delivered  to you the same day.
Frozen produce can be delivered within 48 hours.
 
Is the merchandise delivered directly to me?
In general, we deliver the merchandise to the airport you specify to us. Our prices are CIF Airport, which means transport costs until destination airport are included.
There is the possibility, if you prefer, that we can organise transport from the destination airport to your delivery address. Those costs will be charged to the buyer.
 
How is the fish maintained fresh during the transport?
The fish is packed in specially produced boxes for cool transportation. Additionally, all merchandise is bedded in ice (in the case of frozen products we use dry ice). 
All boxes are again closed with special material, which does not allow any air to pass.
Then, the boxes are driven in a refrigerated vehicle to the airport, where they are loaded into the lower part of the airplane. That means, during the whole journey, the merchandise is kept between 0 and 2 degrees
 
What happens if the merchandise or the packaging becomes destroyed during the transport?
Fortunately, this is very rare. But if this is the case, we can assure you that the merchandise is very well insured. This applies to all deliveries.
 
What does "H&G" mean?
H&G means headless and gutted.
 
Why do some fresh products indicate "daily price"?
Fishing boats can often not guarantee what or how many fish they will be able to catch on a given day. This means that the supply of fish is not predictable .
The implication of the latter is that prices of fresh angle ware can vary from day to day, depending on the amount of a given kind of fish available and it’s quality and demand.
In case you are looking for a specific kind of fish, we can provide you with its day price. If you wish, we can also provide you on a weekly basis with average prices for your choice
